RECENT VISITORS TO MALLACOOTA

Penelope has played in Mallacoota a few times over the years.  Her stunning voice, musicianship, passion and commitment never fails to impress. If you get an opportunity to experience one of her gigs, get along there, even if you have to hock the budgie.
Akasa's return to Mallacoota is always anticipated eagerly. They both perform and teach singing.
Mal has played in Mallacoota under many guises and in many bands. His enormous talent  as a musician and 'mouth artist' have enthralled his audiences and workshop attendees.
Tracey Miller, the Melbourne singer-songwriter had released her debut album at the ripe age of 42, attracting a warm tide of critical praise and a budding fan base. Her performances and workshopsin Mallacoota last year are still talked about.

Regional Arts Victoria offers an invaluable resource for funding the arts in regional Victoria and as a conduit for communication between far flung artists and organizations.
VicHealth are an extremely helpful and supportive organization for community arts. They have supported MAC's activities for many years for which we offer our great thanks.
Mallacoota Arts Council has, over many years, partnered arts related activities with our local school.  On-going activities include stilt walking and (with 3MGB) 'New Kids on the Block' - a student-based radio program.
